4. Multiple Sessions: For optimal results, a series of 3–5 treatments spaced about 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. The exact number of sessions will depend on your individual skin needs and the condition being treated.

Post-treatment care is essential to maximize the benefits of polynucleotide therapy. Here’s what to expect and how to care for your skin:

• Minimal Downtime: One of the advantages of this treatment is that it requires little to no downtime. You might experience some redness, swelling, or minor bruising at the injection sites, but these typically subside within a day or two.
• Hydration is Key: Polynucleotides work to boost skin hydration, and keeping your skin moisturized will enhance the effects. Drink plenty of water and use a high-quality moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
• Avoid Sun Exposure: After the treatment, your skin may be more sensitive to the sun. It's essential to use a high SPF sunscreen and avoid direct sunlight for at least a week to prevent any damage to the treated areas.
• Gentle Skincare: For the first few days, avoid using harsh skincare products such as retinoids, exfoliants, or strong acids. Stick to gentle cleansers and hydrating serums to help your skin recover.
• No Makeup for 24 Hours: To reduce the risk of irritation or infection, it’s best to avoid applying makeup for the first 24 hours post-treatment.
